It’s got 2 floors, plenty of storage and space, close to the main city, and a fence around 3/4 of the place. The other are 2 houses in the most south east part of the rosewood map that have a lot of open area. Warehouse : It's near to the city, you can have crops on the roof, many crates inside, huge parking ans some grass all around to have crops again. Just build a wall all around and it's all good.
