It starts fine later, after it is warmed up, as long as you open the throttle about one third when cranking and do not use the choke.

My bike is taking longer than usual to start. I hear the fuel pump pressurizing and when I press the start button, nothing for a few seconds. then the FI light starts flashing.

KEY ON - Yellow/Red has 9.20, White/Red 9.20, Brown/Red 12.15, Brown/Yellow 0.84. With the key off the battery shows it has 12.45 volts. With the key turned on the battery shows 12.25 volts.
