The grid heaters on our Vision's here will continue to cycle causing the volt gauge to drop, the STOP light and TOO LOW with pic of battery, until the engine oil temp and the engine water temp reach 120 degrees cumulatively. I know there is power to the heater just need to test the heater to make sure it is working correctly.
