Keep in mind that ShaderCache is based on Game Version and not with Cemu's version. Precompiled just needs to be cleared with each new Cemu update. ShaderCache itself is actually the Transferrable ShaderCache. On the other hand, I would recommend updating to 1.4.0 or 1.4.1, as Graphic Packs will not be maintained for older versions.
